Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not accept returns and all sales are final.

If a package is lost or damaged from UPS or USPS or another carrier, please take photos and let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We do insure the packages for damage and we will do our best to ship out a replacement within a reasonable timeline . In some weird cases, we may not be able to replace the item and if we receive the photos and the information from you within a timely manner, we can then arrange for a similar item or potentially issue a refund to the account used. Other than this, please double check design and size of what you select because we do not issue a return. IF the item is defective , then send us a picture of it as well for us to review. Refunds or replacements are at the discretion of our management. We do want to be fair . IF something is missing from your order, please let us know but we need to be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

If a package is lost or not delivered to the right address, we advise calling UPS or your local USPS office and ask for assistance with the tracking number provided. We can interveine and help where we can.

Once the package has been tendered to the shipping carrier it is up to the carrier to do their part. We are reasonable people here and we will do our best to call and yell at UPS or the post office but are limited to the responses we get back from that third party. Some markets will deliver faster than others and most packages are being shipped either first class, priority or ground. If you want  something expedited or overnighted, please contact us directly to see what we can facilitate . Most items will ship within a 24 hour to 1 week timeline. This is depending on what stock is avail or what we have to hand make for your special order. We will do our best to communicate with you on this and if it is urgent or you need by a certain date, don’t hesitate to reach out direct.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@freedomprintshop.com. We will review your need but we do not replace items or do an exchange unless damaged by shipping carrier , defective or wrong item. We will need photos of what you received to substantiate a claim. We will not simply refund due to a carrier delay or buyers remorse. This is how we can keep our costs lower for all of our customers.

Gifts

If marked as a gift, we do not offer refunds. We advise making sure you select everything properly and review your order before paying for it. Gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
